Ray's Bootcamp
If you're just looking for a once a week butt kickin' beat down of a workout, this is it! Using a variety of tools: Vipr, kettlebells, dumbbells and TRX to name a few, you will leave here spent but with a sense of accomplishment having made it thru to the (bitter) end! Definitely not for the faint of heart!
30 Minute Torch
As the name implies, this 30 minute class is for people with very busy schedules who would still like to get a full body workout in, in half the time. It's short, it's intense, but it get's the job done! A full body blast in half the time! What's better than that?
Kettlebell KO!
This is my flagship class! Kettlebell KO! is done in a semi private setting, ensuring that you'll get more personalized attention as I take you thru the basics of the sweet science and kettlebells in Level I.
In Level II, we progress to the intermediate level where a layer of complexity is added along with other components, thereby increasing the intensity also.
Level III is where you get to see what you're really made of as we move to the advanced level!
